Sandviken, IL was one of 85 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Jente Talent Cup 2021-høst. They participated with two teams in 13-15 august Jenter 14 (FØDT 2007) 11er Elite and 20-22 august Jenter 16/17 (FØDT 2005/2004) 11er Elite respectively. The team in 20-22 august Jenter 16/17 (FØDT 2005/2004) 11er Elite made it to the the 1/4 Final in Slutspill A, but lost it against Heming, IL by 1-7.

In addition to this, Sandviken, IL have participated in Jente Talent Cup before. During Jente Talent Cup 2020, Sandviken, had one team playing in Jenter 13 (FØDT 2007) 9er Nivå 1.

Sandviken, comes from Bergen which lies approximately 330 km from Stange, where Jente Talent Cup takes place. The area around Bergen does also provide four additional clubs participating during Jente Talent Cup 2021-høst (Åsane Fotball Damer, Bjarg, IL, Smørås IL and Tertnes Fotball Damer).
