In addition to Øvrevoll Hosle IL, 27 other teams played in 13-15 august Jenter 15 (FØDT 2006) 11er Elite. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Øvrevoll Hosle IL could be found in Group E together with Gauldal Fotballklubb Gauldal/Melhus, Smørås IL and Tynset.

Øvrevoll Hosle IL made it to Sluttspill C after reaching 3:rd place in Group E. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Flint Fotball with 0-4. Thereby Øvrevoll Hosle IL finished second in J15 11er Elite Sluttspill C during Jente Talent Cup 2021-høst.
