In addition to Holmen IF, 25 other teams played in 19-21 august Jenter 15 (FØDT 2007) 11er Elite. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Holmen IF could be found in Group D together with Randesund IL, TUIL Tromsdalen Fotball and Tynset IF.

Holmen IF continued to Slutspill B after reaching 3:rd place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Vålerenga Fotball with 1-2. In the Final, IF Karlstad Fotboll won over Langhus IL Fotball and became the winner of Slutspill B in 19-21 august Jenter 15 (FØDT 2007) 11er Elite.
