In addition to Tromsø IL, 11 other teams do play in 13-15 september Jenter 15 Elite (FØDT 2009) 11er . They are divided into 2 different groups, whereof Tromsø IL Rød can be found in Group B together with IFK Lidingö FK 1 FA, Kolbotn IL, Ranheim IL and QBIK.

Tromsø IL Rød continued to Slutspill B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Vålerenga IF & Hasle-Løren IL with 0-3. In the Final, Øvrevoll Hosle IL ØHIL won over Vålerenga IF & Hasle-Løren IL and became the winner of Slutspill B in 13-15 september Jenter 15 Elite (FØDT 2009) 11er .
