Hommelvik IL was one of 62 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Jente Talent Cup 2024. They participated with one team in 13-15 september Jenter 13 Elite (FØDT 2011) 9er .

In addition to Hommelvik IL, 20 other teams played in 13-15 september Jenter 13 Elite (FØDT 2011) 9er . They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Hommelvik IL could be found in Group A together with Kolbotn IL, Lommedalens IL Lommedalen IL 1 and Lillestrøm.

Hommelvik IL continued to Sluttspill C after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Heming, IL with 3-5. In the Final, Heming, IL won over Hønefoss BK and became the winner of Sluttspill C in 13-15 september Jenter 13 Elite (FØDT 2011) 9er .

Hommelvik comes from Hommelvik which lies approximately 300 km from Stange, where Jente Talent Cup takes place. The area around Hommelvik does also provide three additional clubs participating during Jente Talent Cup 2024 (Heimdal Fotballklubb, Ranheim IL and Byåsen IL).
