In addition to Kolbotn IL, 11 other teams played in 20-22 august Jenter 13 (FØDT 2008) 9er Nivå 2 . They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Kolbotn IL Stjernene could be found in Group B together with Fredrikstad FK, Rælingen and Øvrevoll Hosle IL ØHIL 2.

Kolbotn IL Stjernene made it to Slutspill B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Konnerud IL with 1-2. Thereby Kolbotn IL Stjernene finished second in J13 9er N2 Slutspill B during Jente Talent Cup 2021-høst.
