Holmen IF was one of 87 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Jente Talent Cup 2022-august . They participated with two teams in 12-14 august Jenter 13 (FØDT 2009) 9er Elite and 19-21 august Jenter 15 (FØDT 2007) 11er Elite respectively. The team in 12-14 august Jenter 13 (FØDT 2009) 9er Elite made it to the the 1/4 Final in Slutspill A, but lost it against Kolbotn IL J13 by 6-7.

In addition to this, Holmen IF have participated in Jente Talent Cup before. During Jente Talent Cup 2021-høst, Holmen had one team playing in 13-15 august Jenter 14 (FØDT 2007) 11er Nivå 2 . The team in 13-15 august Jenter 14 (FØDT 2007) 11er Nivå 2 made it to the the Bronze match in Slutspill B, but lost it against Øvrevoll Hosle IL by 0-4.

Holmen comes from Nesbru which lies approximately 110 km from Stange, where Jente Talent Cup takes place. The area around Nesbru does also provide 28 additional clubs participating during Jente Talent Cup 2022-august (Among others: Haslum IL, Hakadal, Årvoll IL, Lyn Fotball, Røa IL, Heming, IL, Kjelsås IL, Konnerud IL, Nittedal and Øvrevoll Hosle IL).
