In addition to Heimdal Fotballklubb, 17 other teams played in 18-20 august Jenter 14 Elite (FØDT 2009) 11er . They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Heimdal Fotballklubb could be found in Group D together with Nes SK, Viking FK and Holmen IF.

Heimdal Fotballklubb made it to Slutspill B after reaching 3:rd place in Group D. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Molde FK, which they won with 2-1. Thereby Heimdal Fotballklubb won the entire Slutspill B in 18-20 august Jenter 14 Elite (FØDT 2009) 11er during Jente Talent Cup 2023.
