In addition to Heimdal Fotballklubb, 7 other teams played in 18-20 august Jenter 13 Elite (FØDT 2010) 9er . They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Heimdal Fotballklubb could be found in Group A together with Kolbotn IL, Råsunda IS and Sula Sportsklubb.

Heimdal Fotballklubb made it to Slutspill B after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Sula Sportsklubb with 0-2. Thereby Heimdal Fotballklubb finished second in J13 9er Elite Slutspill B during Jente Talent Cup 2023.
