Rena IL was one of 52 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Jente Talent Cup 2023. They participated with one team in 18-20 august Jenter 16/17 Nivå 2 (FØDT 2007/2006) 11er .

Rena IL made it to Slutspill A after reaching 1:st place in Group A. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Rustad Abildsø Sportsklubb RASK/LiF/BIF with 0-2. Thereby Rena IL finished second in J16/17 Nivå 2 Slutspill A during Jente Talent Cup 2023.
